Jessica has been apart of East St. Louis Community Camp since 1991. Her camp journey started off as a staff child, where she would tag along to camp with her mother and grandmother. When she was finally of age, Jessica officially became a camper and over the years grew into a super camper, counselor in training, counselor, then lifeguard and swim instructor. Jessica now serves a member of the board.
Outside of camp, Jessica recently achieved her Master’s in Criminal Justice and works within a movement called East Side Aligned where she manages a crime prevention project for the East St. Louis and Washington Park areas. She is passionate about the city of East St. Louis, criminal justice, french fries and chocolate!
