David Harder was elected to the Board in 2016. He has youth camping experience in four states over a 40 year period. He is also a member of the Community of Christ, the sponsoring church, and has served as pastor of several congregations in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Colorado and Missouri. He has a great passion for camping for children.
This Board has shown great passion for serving the children of East Saint Louis children.
