Antoinette Nevills Culp is a East St. Louis resident who graduated from East St. Louis Senior High School in January, 1958. Antoinette is a 1961 graduate of St. Louis City Hospital School of Nursing. Antoinette was a staff and head nurse at St. Louis City from September, 1961 to February, 1965.
She was a Public Health Nurse at the East Side Health District from February, 1965 until June, 1969. In October, 1969 she became a Certified School Nurse for East St. Louis School District #189.
She is a Past President, Board Member and Secretary of the East St. Louis Community Camp. Antoinette has served on the volunteer staff with the East St. Louis Community Camp as counselor, nurse, pastor and director since 1971.
Working as a school nurse and as a volunteer for East St. Louis Community Camp afford Antoinette the opportunity to fulfill her advocacy for the children and families of this community.
